Reflections Holiday Parks Massy Greene

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely caravan park right next to the river. Facilities were adequate and clean. Very handy, as just a short walk, to the quaint township of Brunswick Heads that has all the shops and service we needed. Surrounding areas were quite scenic, with lots as beautiful sites to view, including the beach and headlands. Would recommend to others.

Great cabins, comfy beds, nice showers. Beautiful location on the river and a short walk or drive to the main restaurant area. Would absolutely stay again. WiFi a bit up and down though. And had to connect The smart TV to the guest WiFi. So made it hard to watch streaming platforms. Very jumpy. Otherwise service was great, would stay again. Thanks!

Amazing location on a beautiful river with close walk to beach, pub and shops however we felt like we were packed in like sardines, probably to be expected this time of year but many other places that don’t feel this crowded, and are more spaced out, ok if your together with a group as then your not jammed in between other peoples set ups. Also feel it’s a bit expensive for what it offers. Would be very nice at a quiet time of year….

Well, that was the most disappointing experience I've had with accommodation. Hands down. Wildly over priced. Tiny campsite that couldn't fit our mini camper and our car. The neighbours couldn't fit their car and their large tent. Sooo where are we all parking? On top of each other I guess. Plus, the website advertised a green grass site with a floor. When we arrived after a three hour drive on a long weekend, we were offered a tiny sloping bitumen site. Not even slightly flat... Then there were the staff... Awful attitude at check in. Yes we were slightly early but a flat rude no you can't check in yet was not expected or acceptable. Some other patron let her know that it was free down our way, so she decided to 'let' me walk down and see if our site was free and if it was she'd let us in... Ummm, do you not have a man on a golf buggy driving around letting you know what's what? With no where to park at the entrance, we took up most of the spare space at the entry. DO NOT think you're turning around, at all. Then when we asked the maintenance guy with his suggestions on how he thought we may be able to fit on the site, and how we may secure tent pegs, he had nothing. He even said I didn't think that was even a camp site. We really should strike that off the list. (Ya think!?) At least they gave a refund. But we were left high and dry on a long weekend by unscrupulous gouging and booking by this place. Stay away!!
